SECTION 1 - DOWN PAYMENT

Any and all down payments completed towards an upcoming purchase or project is non-refundable after twenty-four (24) business hours.

SECTION 2 - CHANGE ORDERS

After your initial project order has been received, making changes may be difficult. While we will do everything we can to make the changes and ensure you’re satisfied, please understand that some things are beyond our control. Working with a variety of vendors allows us to customize your vehicle to your liking, but can be difficult to make last minute changes once a project has started.

A $250 fee, per change, will automatically be applied to your final invoice.

SECTION 3 - DELIVERY

Your vehicle is very important to us and we want your drop off experience to go very well. If there's anything we can do to make this experience better for you, please let your concierge representative know. You will be provided photos of your vehicle before and after delivery.

If for any particular reason you believe your vehicle was damaged during its stay with us, please let your concierge representative know immediately so we may further assist.

You must notify our concierge team within 24 hours after taking delivery

SECTION 4 - WARRANTY

When you have any service performed by an authorized TRON Auto Lab facility, you're covered by our limited warranty for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first.

SECTION 5 - HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE

If you are reasonably able to, you may return to the original facility for service. In the event that you are unable to reasonably return to the original facility please contact us.

SECTION 6 - WHAT IS NOT COVERED

You must pay for any non-warranty service you order to be performed at the same time as the warranty service. This warranty will not apply to your repaired vehicle if it has been damaged by abnormal use, misuse, neglect, accident, and alteration or “tampering with” (by other than the Facility or Facility employees). This warranty does not cover replacement or repairs due to normal wear and tear. The Facility’s employees and/or agents do not have authority to modify the terms of this warranty nor to make any promises in addition to those contained in this warranty.
